Description : The Citadel Cuffs to be worn with Full Dress Blouse (gray wool). White cuffs will be clean and starched and affixed to the sleeves by T-pins or safety pins with ¼ inch showing and will be clasped with Citadel cuff links. Cuffs are soldin pairs (2 per order). Cuffs are in Excellent condition and are Brand New With Tags (NWT) or Brand New With Out Tags (NWOT)
