Description : Uniform regulations call for the bottom of the tie to hang within an inch of the top of the belt buckle (and in no case can the tie cover the belt buckle). Only male Officers and Chief Petty Officers are allowed to pre-tied neckties (although the Navy uses the term “necktie” to describe the necktabs worn by female personnel). They are authorized for wear on the Full Dress Blue and Service Dress Blue uniforms. Neckties are in Very Good condition and are previously worn unless marked Brand New With Tags (NWT) or Brand New With Out Tags (NWOT)
