Description : The US Navy Neckerchief is worn by Sailors with both the Service Dress Blue and Service Dress White uniforms. The rolled neckerchief is to be worn with a large square knot, tied at the bottom of the V-neck opening of jumper, with ends of the neckerchief even. Neckerchiefs are in Very Good to Good condition and are previously worn unless marked New With Tags (NWT) or New With Out Tags (NWOT)
