Description : U.S. NAVY Officer Cap Device. Worn by all Officers and Commissioned Warrant Officers (CWO 2 through CWO 5) has two components: a burnished silver spread eagle, facing the wearer’s right, atop a shield of stars and bars that is mounted on a pair of gold, crossed fouled anchors with their stocks pointed outward. Cap devices are in Very Good condition and are previously worn unless marked Brand New With Tags (NWT). or Brand New With Out Tags (NWOT).
