Description : The Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard require coat rank insignia to be worn by commissioned officers in the O-3 pay grade (designated as Lieutenants in the Navy and Coast Guard, Captains in the Marine Corps) on selected coats and outerwear pieces. It consists of two silver bars connected at both ends by a holding bar. Items are in Very Good condition and are previously worn unless marked Brand New With Tags (NWT) or Brand New With Out Tags (NWOT). Sold in pairs (2 per order).
