Description : Retired in 2023, the Female Enlisted Blue Dress Coat is a single-breasted coat with notched lapels and four gold front closure buttons. The shift toward more gender-neutral uniforms for Marines and sailors started under former Navy Secretary Ray Mabus, who said he wanted troops in the sea services to look more uniform, regardless of gender. This coat has previously been worn and is in Very Good condtion.
