Description : United States Marine Corps Officers are required to wear a necktie clasp or tack whenever the khaki shirt is worn as an outer garment (Blue Dress “C” and Service “B”), while the wear of tacks and clasps is optional with the Service “A” uniform and its Service coat. Tacks and clasps are positioned horizontally and placed midway between the third and fourth buttons from the top of the shirt. Tie clasps are in Very Good condition and are previously worn unless marked Brand New With Tags (NWT) or Brand New With Out Tags (NWOT)
